Mono-Coat® 2051W is a semi-permanent, water-based release agent that gives superior release durability for rubber molding. Mono-Coat® 2051W provides minimal transfer of release agent, high-temperature stability and abrasion resistance of the release film. Mono-Coat® 2051W cures rapidly and is ready-to-use as shipped.
Recommended Uses
Compression injection and transfer molding of all rubbers. Provides excellent release where high durability is required. (Not recommended for silicone rubber.)
