The Erapol 1K Blocked Series are a range of single component blocked TDI polyester polyurethanes available in a range of hardnesses. To process, simply heat, pour, and cure. The Erapol 1K Blocked Series are low free TDI and do not contain Methylenedianiline (MDA). Air entrapment is a common problem when manufacturing rollers. This can be solved by using the Erapol 1K Blocked Series as they undergo a low viscosity phase early in the cure cycle. During this stage any air bubbles self release,
resulting in bubble free castings.
