BETAMATE™ 1041G US is a one-component, heat-curing, epoxy-based adhesive especially developed for the body shop. It is capable of bonding oily galvanized steel.
BETAMATE™ 1041G US has excellent structrual properties and mechanical properties for BIW, good impact performance, wash-off resistant with excellent long term durability. it increases body stiffness, provides good impact-peel strength as measured by ISO 11343. Typical applications include bonding of the vehicle body structure and closure hem flange applications.
