BETAMATE™ 73305GB is a one-component, heat-curing, epoxy-based adhesive especially developed for the body shop. It is capable of bonding oily galvanized, cold-rolled steel, and aluminum.
BETAMATE™ 73305GB accepts E-coat primer, continuous coating of ecoat over adhesive for improved corrosion, sag resistance and good peel strength.
BETAMATE™ 73305GB has glass beads for gap management and gives mechanical fastening for locking hem applications.
BETAMATE™ 73305GB reduces the need for other fastening methods such as induction cure or hot air. Typical applications include bonding of the vehicle body structure and closure hem flange applications.
