When you want an acid solution for effectively removing oxides and alkali residues from aluminum surfaces, choose BONDERITE® C-IC DEOXDZR 6MU AERO. This red-color liquid is used to dilute nitric acid or sulfuric acid to produce an efficient production bath for deoxidizing, desmutting or etching aluminum and its alloys. The nitric acid bath is suitable for most applications, particularly where water-rinsing is marginal. The sulfuric acid bath is especially ideal for deoxidizing aluminum for spot welding.
