BETAMATE 5103-2US is a one component heat curing, epoxy paste adhesive. The material is readily pumped at ambient temperatures. It shows excellent adhesion to automotive steel, including coated steels, is resistant to degradation and to substrate corrosion on environmental ageing. The product is compatible with electrocoat paint process.
BETAMATE 5103-2US can be used for hem flange and lap joint bonding in automotive applications. It can also be used for general product assembly.
BETAMATE 5103-2US can be dispensed manually or robotically. A pumping system equipped with a follower plate is recommended.
